Apple Cinnamon Cheddar Pizza Recipe (well sorta)

This isn't like your usual recipe.  But my food tastes better so...
One pizza dough, Publix/Wegmans has them.  Or make one yourself.  It has four whole ingredients.

Need flour, brown sugar, Granny Smith apples, cinnamon, and a good very sharp orange colored cheddar.  The non-orange just doesn't seem right.

Throw flour at the counter.  If the dough is very sticky this flour will help you stretch it out without it sticking to your hands.  It also creates a little mess that proves to people you are really doing something rather than just assembling four ingredients.  Pull and stretch until it is thin and then if you like you can rolling pin it on the flour-ry counter.  (Grease) Butter flavor Crisco a square or round suitable oven pan.

The night before!
Cut up some apples so that in your mind the pieces will cover the pizza.  (Subjective) 3?  When cutting them remember that someone will be putting this into their mouth.  Huge is bad.  Tiny is no good either.  I remove the skins.
Add some cinnamon to them as well as some brown sugar.  (not too much)  Asking for guidance from the spirit of the Universe at this point is as good as any.   Then put in covered container in fridge over-night.  I might have melted some butter with the cinnamon sugar and then shook up the apple pieces in my plastic container to coat them.  Shit.  You will probably have to make this a few times.  I never pay that much attention when I am cooking.

Stretch the dough out onto the pan without tearing it, to the edge.  Going out to smoke a cigar at this point is a good idea, as the dough will be agitated and want to relax.  Remember that there are millions of little living stressed out creatures who are about to give up their life after struggling to "raise" your dough.  Then come back in and firm it up to the edges.  The dough usually doesn't want to be that cooperative, so I butter it thinly.  Butter is yummy and helps brown the crust a little.  Spread the coated apples and the fluids that have accumulated in the container on top of the dough evenly and then top with cheddar.  If you put too much cheese on it, it acts as an insulator and the dough won't cook evenly.

450 degree oven.
Like 10 to 18 minutes depending on your oven and if your moon is in Aries...
Cheese melted and light brownish bottom.  You can see the bottom because you greased the pan and the dough lifts off it easily and creates a microscopic crispy layer if you do it exactly right.
Let rest for a couple minutes out of the oven.  On a cutting board and the crispy layer goes away.  Wire cookie rack is better.

I am still working on it, but this is my invention.   When I perfect it, I will let you know.

There is book and a movie called Eat, Pray, Love.  That seems out of order for me; The Eat always comes last and if The Eat is going to be any good the other two things have to be present.  The Cigar while seemingly absolutely necessary can be omitted.
